De Mauley Road, Canford Cliffs
This project was a restoration of an Art Deco 1930’s house with the addition of a new two storey side extension.
The existing house was first gutted and new electrical and plumbing systems were installed to 21st century specifications.
The old rotten windows were replaced with aluminium equivalents in keeping with the Art Deco style.
The original tiled roof was restored to its former glory.
Final house comprising of four double bedrooms and a master suite, four bespoke en-suite bathrooms, a family bathroom and a cloakroom. There are two lounges, a study and an open plan kitchen breakfast room and utility room with oak floors throughout on the ground floor.
