Extensions by Ace Property Restoration

Clarendon Road, Broadstone

A single storey rear extension to create a new kitchen garden room.

The rear of the property was squared off and the existing kitchen and utility room walls were removed. New steels were inserted as supports to shape a large open plan kitchen.

A feature vaulted ceiling and glass gable wall with aluminium bi-fold doors were added which opens out onto a new split level decking area with storage space underneath.

Uplands Road, West Moors

A single storey extension to add a new family bathroom and double bedroom with en-suite to the existing bungalow.

The new bedroom was designed with patio doors opening out onto the garden.

Vine Farm Close, Talbot village

This comprises a timber structure over an existing garage. Pits were dug for the new foundations in the garage which would accept steel posts to support the construction.

This was then topped off with a truss construction roof and the finished rooms formed two new bedrooms accessed from a new hallway off the existing stairwell. A new sun tunnel was fitted through the roof which provides plenty of natural light.

Cowslip Road, Broadstone

A new extension up and over the existing garage. The garage was extended to the front to form a canopy through to the front door.

Upstairs a new master bedroom was created with an en-suite shower room which is accessed by a custom built staircase blending in to the existing hall.

The extension to the rear of the property behind the garage provides a new kitchen dining area.

Wimborne Road, Lytchett Matravers

This project involved putting a brand new pitched roof onto the existing chalet bungalow and garage.

Concreted pits were dug in the existing garage for the foundations to take all the new steel work which would support the new structure going over the existing garage flat roof and continuing through the house.

The new space created on the first floor provides three bedrooms, one with en-suite, and a family bathroom.

The roof and dormers were finished in a plain tile with all bonnet hips and tile hanging to the newly formed dormer windows.

All bay windows on the ground floor were replaced and a new conservatory fitted to the rear complete with handmade bi-fold doors opening through to the lounge.

Ashmeads Way, Colehill

A large single storey side extension with full aspect ceilings and feature glass gable walls at both ends.

This extension created a modern open-plan kitchen with a dining area to one end and a living area which opens out onto a patio at the front.

Meanwhile the existing bungalow was converted into a more open and light space by removing existing walls to the lounge and hall with tiled floors throughout.

A unique lighting configuration was installed and new solid wood internal doors and chrome furniture completed the modernistic style.
