for us, we knew that the design of the ceiling in the lounge was slightly
unusual and we had concerns at the beginning of the project that architects
and builders would not understand what we were trying to achieve, We are
delighted to say that the finished product has turned out just as we hoped it would.

consideration and thoughtfulness during the build, this was really
appreciated and allowed us to continue to run our businesses from home.

We are very grateful to you and your team for the work you did for us and for the eflicient
and friendly way in which you went about it ln the worst of last summers weather -
which broke almost exactly as you lifted the first tile from the old roof - your positive and
pragmatic approach was very welcome, and we have to thank you for keeping the rain
and mess outside. ln fact, the way in which you planned your working and kept us
informed minimised the disruption to us, as we were able to vacate the old loft bedrooms
just days before you started to dismantle them!
We have been enjoying our new conservatory immensely, and the magnificent doors that
open into it from the lounge are everything we hoped they would bel The new rooms in
the extended roof are in regular use, and remove all the space problems that we used to
experience.
We found your team to be always helpful and polite, and our biggest worry was that we
